So Where Do You Start?
1. Financing Your Home
If you require a loan, visit your financial institution
to determine your budget.
2. Land Selection
Harrington Homes Victoria have available house and
land packages or your can select and purchase your
own land for us to build on. We are happy to discuss
your needs and provide assistance in selecting a
suitable building block.
3. Selecting a Plan
Make an appointment with the professional staff
at Harrington Homes Victoria so we can discuss your
requirements, resulting in the perfect plan for
your needs. This can be achieved by either selecting
one of our existing plans or designing your own.
Upon finalizing your selection we will provide you
with a detailed set of plans and quotation.
4. Building Contract
Upon acceptance of your plan and quotation we will
prepare Building Contracts for signing.
5. The Building Permit
When the building contracts are signed, Harrington Homes staff will then collate all the relevant information and submit the documentation to the local council for building approval.
6. Lets Begin
The staff at Harrington Homes Victoria will assist
you through every stage of the building process.
Regular appointments and inspections will ensure
that your home is constructed is constructed according
to your plans.
7. Moving In
We will arrange a final inspection, finalise all
paperwork, handover the keys and any other relevant
information in regards to your new home.
